How do I know this is right for my child or teen?
While most children find the sessions fun, engaging, helpful and a safe and happy place to be, it is important to ensure that your child or young teen feels comfortable and that sessions are appropriate for their particular needs. Therefore:
- Before the session, a phone conversation (free of charge) is offered to discuss your child or teen’s needs.
- An introductory first session is offered at a reduced rate of £10, with time to further discuss your child’s needs and explore some fun initial activities.
- This will give them a chance to get to know me and we can all explore if I’m a good fit for your child. You will also have some helpful activities to continue with and I can suggest other avenues of support if more appropriate.
- Flexible sessions are available, both short and long term, depending on needs and circumstances. There is never any pressure to continue.

Where can sessions take place?
Sessions are available 6 days a week, Monday to Saturday, during term time and during holiday periods.
On Monday to Friday sessions can generally take place during the day, after school or in the evenings. Monday to Thursday I run sessions until 8 pm, on Friday’s until 6 pm.
I am also available Saturday mornings.
My aim is to ensure that all children and young teens can explore the incredible benefits of mindfulness and a small number of slots are available at a concessionary rate. Enquiries are welcome.
